The story

Bruno came first, and most of what we do now started as a decision we made on him. Fourteen segments through the body, a hinged jaw, paws that hold a pose without going stiff. The stripes were the awkward bit. Printed as separate colours they need a filament change, printed as geometry they need an overhang that bridges cleanly at 0.2mm. We went with geometry, so he looks right in one colour and better in two.
