The story

Mossy started life as a tolerance test and we liked him too much to shelve him. Thirty-one segments nose to tail, all printed in place, so he comes off the bed already moving. The tail is the hard part. It tapers across the last eight segments, and too tight means the tip fuses while too loose means it just flops about. We landed on 0.25mm and haven't touched it since.
